We visited Cargo Cantina for tacos and margaritas on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. The food was fantastic, well-portioned, and full of flavor. However, the service was disappointing; the staff appeared disinterested. Although we were seated quickly, it took a long time for someone to take our drink and food orders, despite there being only a few other tables occupied. We almost left after waiting 10 minutes with no one attending to us. I believe we may have just been unlucky, or the staff might have been having an off day.
