Thank you Caribbean Catering for making our wedding day so beyond perfect! Trinity was wonderful to work with throughout the whole planning process. We live in Pennsylvania and had our wedding at a family member’s home in Islamorada. It was not a typical venue by any means, and we asked so much of Trinity and her team to accommodate our smaller setting, vision and unusual ideas to make it work... and boy, did they knock it out of the park! Everything was truly perfect and exactly how we envisioned it. I cannot compliment this team enough… we had our ceremony and reception on the same patio and they managed to transform the area so seamlessly and beautifully, all while preparing the BEST wedd...

I worked with Trinity and Caribbean Catering team for Yacht Rock event at Bud-n-Mary 's marina. Trinity and her team were professional and responsive. They helped me think of everything needed from beginning to end of the event. Her immense knowledge of all things in Islamorada from the specific venue to the needs of the local guests in attendance and how events in this area work was invaluable. She helped me create a menu and bar that was enjoyed by everyone. We received such great feedback on the taste of the food that I wanted to be sure to share this publicly and post a review. Caribbean Catering was wonderful, and I will definitely use them in the future!

Eric and Trinity were extremely helpful in making my day run smoothly. Eric was on top of everything that needed to happen the day of so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I got to sit back, and enjoy my special day because Eric had it! I also have never had such amazing appetizers at a wedding, they were so tasty!! From the beginning they made sure every detail was accounted for. I can’t thank them enough, highly recommend!

They just catered another awesome event for us. Whenever we do anything in the Keys, we always think of them, as should you. The food is always tasty and they do an amazing job of providing great service.
