We, the bride, groom, and families, went to Caribbean Food Factory for Sunday brunch after attending the wedding on Saturday. The food was delicious. Llyod and his staff gave us the red carpet treatment. We had twice the expected number of people they were expecting...........they did everything to accommodate us. Thank you, Caribbean Food Factor.Vegetarian options: When I explained what I wanted, it wasn't an issue for the chef. My meal was made to my liking on the spot.Dietary restrictions: You know what you are getting.Parking: There are free parking spaces in front of the restaurant and along the side streets.
I've been coming here for a while, but I won’t be buying food from Caribbean Food Factory anymore. The portions keep getting smaller and cheaper. I used to get a large box of food, but now the servings are much smaller. Today, I ordered a $20 oxtail plate and basically got just bones. The jerk chicken was a disappointment and doesn’t do justice to Jamaican heritage—it was basically just chicken with some jerk sauce, lacking the proper spicy kick. Every time I pick up my order, it takes forever, and they never update you on how much longer it will be.
I don't usually rate restaurants but this place was super cheap for the quality of the food. I ordered jerk chicken for 13$, that's under 15$ taxe included. The chicken was amazing and the plate was bigger than I expected (and I'm not a small dude).

first time trying the jerk chicken and my husband and I absolutely loved it! it was still hot and the food tasted so good, also the size of this meal is great. very satisfied!
I ordered a whole spice loaf and it was not what I was expecting, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise.
There are missing items, the food is cold, and the chicken is exceptionally old and dry.
Rice was swimming in a pool of oil. Oxtail was literally just bones. Very disappointed.
