The ABSOLUTE worst. Employees were rude and impatient. After ordering and paying for a cold brew with a splash of heavy cream, I found out they were out of heavy cream. However the employee said they had half+half, which was fine. Come to find out, there was no half+half or heavy cream there at the location another employee was bringing the half+half over to her. This is fine, I do not mind waiting even though it felt like I had been lied to good thing I had a longer layover. After already receiving just a cold brew coffee (not what I paid for), I decided to hang around and wait for the other employee to get there with the half+half. After waiting about 10 minutes, the incredibly rude employ...
I cannot recommend the Einstein’s Bros. Bagels in Terminal A near Gate 9 in DFW Airport. My wife and I attempted to buy two bagel sandwiches there on July 10, 2022, during a layover. We waited after placing our order in the very small area by the counter until the manager rather brusquely ordered all waiting patrons to “stand on the carpet” in the adjacent departure area. She was rather rude, and “please” and “thank you” seemed not to be part of her lexicon. We waited … and waited … and could hear our flight being called down the terminal. Finally, we could no longer wait when the airline threatened to close the doors, so we left without our food. We had waited a total of 37 minutes for two...
POOR SERVICE!!! Two people working this location 5/12/22 around 1pm and gave THE WORST SERVICE I have ever encountered ANYWHERE!!! I was the only person when arrived at counter and was COMPLETELY IGNORED...young man finally put his phone down and stopped talking to his coworker and took my order. They started talking again and never made any effort to fix one simple cup of coffee. After a while I did say something about my order, but still nothing. Finally they made my order...on their own timing after they were through conversing. They both should be fired...today!!!
March 12th 2022. Caribou Coffee on Terminal B by auntie Anne’s. We waited for the young man to get off his cell phone to talk to us. We simply asked if there was a drink that had caramel and mocha, the young man working was rude to us. Didn’t hand us a straw but threw it and disappeared somewhere. Other customers were waiting for him to appear again but they left as he took a while.Rude young man Réservez une table maintenant
Got to DFW and had a 3 hour layover. I had time to waste so I sat and watched 2 employees basically stop serving all food except for bagels and cream cheese. Not because they were out of the sandwiches etc...but my guess is they wanted get all their cleaning done early. The stay open until 9pm.. meanwhile this place lost tons of money....poor management. Hope the owner reads this if it can help
Was super excited for a Caribou in Texas. Ordered a Mint Condition but pretty sure I was handed a cup of spoiled chocolate milk. No mint, no coffee and beverage came in an Einstein Bagels cup which made sense. $6.16 for a small also. Keep walking to DUNKIES at least they are consistent and half the price. I will leave Caribou to Wi and Mn to be done right.
The prices on the Einstein Bagel offerings were marked up, as expected for an airport, but the quality was subpar. The sandwich we received as a mess, and the portions of cream cheese we received for our bagels were very small. Unless you absolutely must have a bagel, I would skip this shop.
Would like to leave a review about the food and drink but I can't because the employees left a note that they would return at 4:20. We're getting deep into 5:00 and they are a no-show, which stinks since I had my heart set on a smoothy and bagel! Réservez une table maintenant
