Caribou Coffee - Réservation de table

Drinks always taste terrible from this location. Everyone that goes to this location always complains. I have had multiple drinks remade and they still taste the same. My child doesn't even like this location. It's extremely frustrating when you are paying over 6.00 a drink and it still tastes terrible. I would suggest a different location as it only seems to be this one. Any other caribou is fabulous. I'm not sure if it's the batista or the machine needing to be calibrated. But everytime this location always disappoints. I will drive out of my way from now on to go to a different location who can handle making the drink properly when you have to pay so much for it.

Been here twice. Once before a big camping trip and once as I was just driving through. Nice service both times. Campfire mocha is the best drink from caribou. First trip I got a bag of coffee and the lady at the counter ground it up for me. I usually like to grind myself but didn't have a hand grinder for the camping trip. Very nice. Second time I got s sandwich. It kind of fell apart when the dude at the oven pulled it out but that was not totally his fault, he put it back together and it was still fine. Overall good trips. I will come back to this caribou whenever I'm going through this area

I waited 30 min for my drink. The drive thru and 6 other people behind me recieved their drinks. I went to the counter to ask about my drink and the manager said we don't have that order. Do you have a receipt I said no but I just ordered it an can show you my bank account. I was told I would need a receipt or reorder and I couldn't get a refund.

I buy from caribou religiously and we ask for blended and the amount of ice that is at the bottom of our cups every time is ridiculous. I understand every once in a while but the amount we pay for the coffee it should be blended. We will just go to a different caribou. The one by the Dam blends them very nicely. Please make sure to stir your drinks. The oat milk with cold foam was bitter and didn’t even seem to have any oat milk in it. The Main Street location served a different version, where the cold foam was mixed in on top. I’m not sure why the two locations would prepare it so differently.

As a customer, I've consistently found the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. They've left such a positive impression on me that I even decided to join their team! One downside is that they could use more seating, as it tends to get limited during busy times.

This is the second time I've spilled my coffee all over myself while driving. The lids aren't secured properly, and when I try to reattach them, they don't fit. It's scalding hot coffee, and for $8, I'd expect a cup that seals correctly.

I avoid this location as much as possible. They are so demanding on the tips it makes me feel uncomfortable. Even when you pay with a card they are watching over you to see what button for the tip you are pressing. Réservez une table maintenant

The drinks and food is good but the service is very slow. The person taking order barley knew what’s in stock and the baristas forgot our order. Very poor service

Fast, friendly service. Really chill, woodsy atmosphere. Comfy indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks made to perfection. What more could you ask for?
