On Sunday morning, October 9, 2022, I was disappointed to find that the staff were not properly trained to make coffee, resulting in a $12 waste of my money. Not only that, but I also wasted time waiting in line and for my drink to be made. Frankly, for the price of this coffee, I expect it to be made correctly. The artisanal press coffee was too watery, which likely caused all of the handcrafted drinks to taste bland. It also seemed the baristas weren't aware of the proper balance of salt and sugar. Instead of using chocolate chips when steaming a handcrafted press mix, they opted for syrup, which didn't work well. Thanks for the warm milk, I guess!
Visiting MN for the first time and was told a lot about Caribou so thought I'll try. This store is great as mentioned by others, they are pretty quick and the breakfast sandwiches were great as well. Certainly exceeded my expectations. Shortage of space, it wasn't clear whether Caribou customers were allowed to use the space next door. Other than that, it was pretty good.
Went during an average time of 1pm on a Saturday, 3-4 customers. For their service. I just got a cooler. I probably have one of the most lazy drinks. Everything creepy on the sides, half the attempt to make the drink and could not finish on the whipped cream. It tasted decent, but with how chaotic, sticky and incomplete it felt, it ruined this place for me.
I always have an excellent experience at Caribou! This was my first time at this location, and I was not disappointed. The service was cheerful and quick, thanks to a couple of hardworking ladies. It's important to tip generously to support these diligent staff members during these challenging times. Overall, it's a fantastic Caribou location! Réservez une table maintenant
Was here with my family. My mother in law ordered a raspberry latte. However, after she tasted it the raspberry flavor was very light, almost difficult to tell there was any in the drink. The folks working behind the desk would not add a little more raspberry unless we paid $0.43 extra! Thanks Caribou for the great customer service!
Excellent professional friendly staff. Good size coffee place. Easy parking and some other fast food restaurants around. Bagel place connected inside to coffee place. Nice ambiance and great place to take a break. Good products and regular caribou coffee offering at good prices.
