Caribou Coffee - Réservation de table

Usually an amazing coffee shop with friendly staff but today I was in my car waiting for my family and saw a woman with her 3 kids go into this location with no masks on. Not even a minute later she came out crying in front of her 3 kids which I assume was because she wasn't wearing a mask. It's sad that you turned them away and I had to expierence this. You don't know if she can't wear a mask or face sheild due to pre existing conditions and it would of taken a few minutes to serve this family and let them be in their way. The husband was next store getting Bagley and was served with.no issue.Because of the treatment of this family I will never be back to this specific coffee shop but will...

My friends and I always come to this restaurant after school, typically without much money since we are 14 years old. On one occasion, we had spent our last bit of money on food and my friend started crying because she was so hungry. Aaliyah, a kind woman who works at the restaurant, noticed and asked if we were hungry. She then kindly bought us all sandwiches. We are grateful for her kindness in feeding us.

We had problems with drinks that were wrong in the past, but it hasn't happened lately. Today we received 2 caramel coolers that were warm, without ice, mixed into them. It wasn't clear until we came home and tried. Very disappointing.

I recently visited this restaurant after a long time and absolutely loved it! Shirley was delightful to talk to and the other woman (whose name I didn't catch) made my coffee quickly and was incredibly friendly. Thank you! Réservez une table maintenant

my mocha with milk chocolate and two percent milk was delicious. the chocolate, caffeine rush made my morning immediately better. the cash register and the barista were friendly and efficient.

I ordered a large size meal but received a medium instead. Additionally, my drink was not filled to the top. I suggest going to Starbucks instead.
