I usually place my order ahead of time through the Caribou app, but this morning that wasn’t possible. Fortunately, it turned into a wonderful experience! As a former Caribou barista myself, I can honestly say Shelby at this location is the friendliest staff member I’ve ever met. She was exceptionally warm and welcoming, and she made my drink just the way I like it—extra hot for these chilly days, something I’ve seen missed at other places. Thanks so much, Shelby, for brightening my morning!
Normally I order ahead on the Caribou app, but wasn?t able to in time this morning, though I?m glad that was the case! I?m saying this as a former Caribou barista years back, but Shelby at this location was the most pleasant Caribou employee I?ve evercome across. She was super nice and welcoming, and my drink was made exactly as I asked it (I ask for extra hot on cooler days,and sometimes other locations miss this). ATT : ALL COFFEE ESPRESSO LOVERS This is my spot almost every morning before work. They do offer a rewards program for free. Beware, their espresso is the strongest I've ever had but that's just the way I like my coffee. They always are quick so younever have to wait about running late for work on your stop there and the coffee always seems to perfection. Only sad side is Iwish this location served breakfast sandwiches, but always happy leaving this place.
My oldest child placed our coffee order using the Caribou app while we were on our way. By the time we arrived at the shop, our order was ready for pickup. The coffee shop is located inside Lunds but has a separate entrance, making it convenient for customers to grab their coffee without having to walk through the grocery store. I visited a Caribou today for my yearly trip, and I'm sorry to report that my experience was disappointing. The dark roast coffee tasted watered down and was served at such a high temperature that it was difficult to truly enjoy the flavor. I guess some people might prefer it that way, though.
Went for my birthday drink ordered a large match latte: unfortunately was really more of a small because of the amount of foam that was in the drink. The barista was nice maybe just inexperienced. She should have remade the drink Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
The baristas at this location are some of the fastest I've ever seen. They work with impressive efficiency and have always gotten my order right. My top choice is the XL caramel high rise; it’s the perfect summer treat.
