"2 times now I have ordered the Baked chicken pesto pasta. Which costs $2 more than the chicken pesto pasta. And both times i got it without the baked mozzarella on top. What am I paying the $2 extra for if Im not getting the mozzarella cheese on top"

I ordered pizza online to be delivered at 5:45-6 pm window and got a confirmation message. I called them at 6:05 pm to check where is our order and was told that it was coming very soon. At 6:30 pm it was still not here. After I called them back again, I was told that they were very busy and our order was still waiting at the kitchen to be delivered. My kids were very hungry at this point and need to eat something very soon so I canceled the order. We left to eat at some other place but were told that delivery came at our place at 7:05 pm. Terrible service, will never use them again.
Montreal style poutine? We were looking for a late evening snack and wandered here to Poutine. So worth it! I felt like Montreal. We tried all the meat, the Italians and the Galvaude Poutine, which were all absolutely fantastic. The portion size was big, I almost couldn't finish... almost lol. The frits were as good and did not get soggy and the cheese curds were huge and naturally squeaky as possible. Price points are amazing and the salads, wraps and pizzas also looked fantastic... I'll have to try this tomorrow because I'm going back
The service was Meh to give the best I can. They have a sign at the front entrance stating they are short staffed. We went earlier and tipped good and had a drink or two and a nibble. We went for dinner and came back, no one was in the place. Not a soul. She asked do you need menus. We declined and said we just wanted drinks. She walked away and chatted the staff 10 min later came back. We then declined and went elsewhere. Banff service is declining huge.
