I have been disappointed by this restaurant twice now. They advertise strawberry shortcake on their menu, but when I placed an order for it, an employee called me an hour later to inform me that they were out of it. They did not offer a refund and I was forced to choose a different cake, which was too sweet for my liking. I felt pressured to make a choice because I did not want to lose my money. Additionally, the chocolate-covered strawberries I ordered were sour. Although I spent a good amount of money, I will not be returning. 2 of the staff are inept at this location. We drove in from out of state and saw that a Carlos’ bakery was here and decided to try these famous bakery treats. After getting our food we went and sat down to eat. After taking 2 bites my son found a hair baked into his cheesecake cupcake and after spending a good amount of money we decided to take it back for another. The male staff member was dismissive and rude to my son, then my elderly mother and then me. My husband then tried to find out why he was being so rude and insulting over a cupcake. Been meaning to stop by, finally got a chance to but kind of went late in the day. I don’t know if they do make their desserts in house, I’ve heard that they don’t. But I do want to ask the next time I’m in. I’m not much of a sweets person, and their stuff looked so overly sweet. But to my surprise the lobster tail and cheesecake were the best I’ve had. Even though it wasn’t the freshest, you can tell they definitely know how to bake. The flavors were very balanced. I don’t usually like a lot of filling but it was great. I just wished that with the cheesecake, it had crumbs. Can’t wait to stop in again, and try more pastries. Hopefully earlier in the day.
I got the classic cannoli and a chocolate eclair. This was my first time having either of those treats and I did not care for them at all ? the customer service was pretty alright ?? I am happy I stopped in though because I watched the show all the time. I like watching Buddy and his family shows ?

Went there on Saturday to try the famous lobster tail. I thought about it all weekend because it was so good! I went back today to get a box of lobster tails, crumb cake, and a rainbow sugar cookie. It was all delicious!
The traditional cannoli had a strong sugary flavor with a lack of distinct vanilla taste, ultimately resulting in a bland experience.
It was difficult to decide because the food was really good. It looked even better before I accidentally dropped it.
