Carlos Carlos - Réservation de table

We had a table of 5. We arrived at about 5:30 and the place was empty. It was a little early but they seemed surprised to see us at all and weren 't particularly friendly or welcoming ever. They couldn 't find our reservation but seated us anyway, way back by the kitchen (which has no door so I could see everything going on back there for an hour and a half). Our table was in the middle of the walkway on two sides and every time anyone would walk behind me my chair would dip just a little which got annoying. Poor service. Came at 5 pm. There were no costumers a waiter came 20 minutes after to bring our water and take out order.(they were just standing around and talking) Took almost an hour for our food. When it came to check out, there system was down but they blame it on us that our card was out of service , after 30 minutes they figure out that it was there system that was out of service . No apologies or thank you.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately the server was not nice at all very unwelcoming very sharp pretty much just nasty food was mediocre. Atmosphere was very nice but because of the server I will never come back here just my experience. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Once again the food was awesome. However the service was not very good. It took 15 minutes just to order a drink. The waiter told us that he was the only one waiting tables inside. Not his fault but they shouldn't sit people if they don't have the staff. Réservez une table maintenant

Definitely best restaurant in Arlington Heights. Black pasta dish and veal dishes are best ever. We have eaten here several times and service and food never disappoint.

Food is still delicious but they keep cutting the portions! I hate that they cut a scallop in half crosswise!! COME ON.... Wonderful owner and his wife! Réservez une table maintenant
