I usually like the food but ordered gluten free chicken parm and it was not good. The chicken was paper thin and way overcooked. It was splintering. The sauce on the pasta was running off and watery. What a shame we drive up there from Eatontown just for the food. Don't know if we'll be taking rhat ride anymore. Such a shame cause that was my go to for glutenfree italian. Well we went back to try again on October 2nd for another try. Absolutely disgusting! Pasta undercooked and the sauce is digusting.. The meatballs are the worse thing only 2 meatballs and they are so rubbery, overcooked with no flavor. Glutenfree garlic bread was $10 for a toasted hot dog roll. Horrible... Will never be returning. I suggest anyone needing glutenfree food go elsewhere...

Wonderful! It started out awesome when I called to order, and everyone's energy on the phone was on point. I placed my order, got an eta, and when I showed up my order was ready to go! Very friendly staff, and the food was even better! I shared a large calzone with my partner, and it was fantastic. You know my reviews are honest when I eat the food too fast to take a picture of it for my post! Dietary restrictions: They have signs up about gluten-free menus, but I personally love gluten, so I didn't check them out! Parking: Great parking right up front to the store!

Great little place that we found accidentally while driving from the shore. They have an extensive gluten-free menu with pizza, pasta, and even a few appetizers like fried calamari which was very good. I also had gluten-free eggplant rollatini but it was a bit bland for my taste. We'll come back for sure to check out the pizza too. Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free Service: Dine in

Carlo's is our go to restaurant for classic Southern Italian cuisine. It has an old school red checkered tablecloth ambiance. Today I had eggplant Parmigiano. I had half in the restaurant and took home the rest. Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
