This used to be one of my favorite pizza places. It is now run by a bunch of teenagers who care more about their phones then they do the customers. The pie I received today was undercooked and barely had any cheese. I also ordered a platter of spaghetti with tomato sauce and got spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs took up half the platter and I am not a fan of meatballs so it is a waste. A few days ago I ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce and they didn't put the tomato sauce in! They laughed and said I never asked for sauce. Do people actually order plain spaghetti?!?! This is my last time ordering from here. It is a shame. I absolutely love this restaurant! It is family-owned and always bustling, which is a testament to how amazing their pizza is. The pizza is always fresh and made to order, which is something I really appreciate. They have a wide variety of specialty pizzas to choose from. The prices are definitely reasonable compared to other pizza places nowadays. I would give it a perfect 10/10 rating and I would definitely go back again and again.
Carlos is excellent! The food is great, I try to get it when I jonesing for some good Italians! The pizza is probably the best in the city (I honestly did not try it all so this is still an open debate lol), and I find the staff warm and welcome wherever I visit this facility. I recommend Carlos people who live here in the city, and for the passersby, you and your family will love it!!
