I ordered a $30 pizza that was supposed to be 14 inches. When the pizza arrived, it was cold and the cheese was hardened. When my husband called to complain, he was met with hostility and attitude. The person he spoke with did not listen and asked the same questions that had already been answered. My husband was told that they would not replace the pizza because I had already eaten a slice. After insisting, we were promised a new pizza but were told not to eat any more slices. I was not satisfied with this experience and asked to speak with the manager. Not impressed at all. They offer pan square pizza by the slice but when I went to order one they were out of ALL of them. Ok, annoying but I got a mediocre slice of pepperoni for lunch and moved on. Then Ordered a tiramisu. To my surprise the tiramisu I ordered was ROCK SOLID FROZEN. Who serves someone a rock solid frozen piece of cake? There were visible frozen ice crystals on it. This was all through the drive though. First time there. Will definitely be my last.
If you love New York-style pizza, this is the place for you. They serve large slices that strike the perfect balance between being not too greasy and not dried out. Make sure to try the Parmigiana bites, they are a must-have. The delivery hours can be a bit confusing and calling in might not always get you an answer. I highly recommend using the Slice app for ordering delivery.
Every time we’ve ordered from Carlos’s, the food has been phenomenal. To place an online order, you have to go through slice. The information slice has provided for Carlos’s isn’t always accurate. If you plan to order online, I’d recommend calling them to make sure what you want is correct and available. Not only is the food great, they are always helpful if we have questions!

havent could only afford the best pizza of all time! but it's the best pizza I've ever had! can wait to have another piece of this authentic pizza! you can't go wrong! from the tenderest sauce to the crustiest crust! all cooked to perfection! beautiful!
This pizza is amazing! I have been coming here for over 10 years. The economy is tough and COVID-19 is impacting small businesses like this one. They put in a lot of effort to make delicious food - especially their pizza!
Over a $70 order and all the subs looked like this. Then they told us 45 minutes and it takes almost two hours and we gave you a $5 dollar tip so after taxes and all over $80. This is not acceptable at all.
The owners are amazing, the pizza is delicious, and we returned multiple times. We also tried the subs and stromboli, all of which were excellent. The large stromboli could easily feed three people!
