we had a business dinner with 8 people. the atmosphere and our table were very beautiful. I got something different from the aperetif. then we got the regular card and only after about 15 min the daily card on my demand. at the main course had ordered 4 persons dry aged beef, but the chef prepared only 3 portions, which was then divided into 4 persons and was accordingly reduced in price. after the main course we ordered various dessert and after a further 15 min we were informed that the kitchen has already closed, so we could not get dessert. I can't. on the one hand one could have asked if we wished a dessert before the kitchen closes and also a ready prepared tiramisu or an ice cream is...
.it's already crassed as this load has broken down. from the regularly visited favorite restaurant to "no go." the last stay in the carlos really changed everything. Zero service. six people, six courts and really all to complain. the concept to choose each dish, two supplements and a sauce, thrown simply over a buzz. prices redzefrech continue to top class.Leider no longer recommended for this region.
carlos' wine bar and restaurant stands for very appealing gastronomy. many tables with outdoors in summer, Italian-styled kitchen and really excellent dry-aged beef! great midday table, great atmosphere ... but not just cheap. recommended: steak with spinat and a salat. very easily accessible. directly at the departure a1 hittfeld. reservation recommended.
what should I write, was taken super in reception (the first time it was there) staff very well and well trained (know what they talk about and what they serve) meanwhile we were 4x there and each time comes from the kitchen a top menu. this restaurant you can only recommend and you must have been there. we always like to come back.

we had a table reserved around 19 o'clock and were very friendly receptions! We've just eaten dreamy here. our meat was buttery and has tasted fabulously. the atmosphere is stylish and elegant. our waiter it was very accommodating without being intrusive. it's worth a visit. highly recommended for carpenters and lovers!
flair pur!Carlos restaurant is lovingly furnished and the friendly services received us friendly. all around a great food offer (also there is a recommendation card) my friends and I were very enthusiastic and will find more often the way to the carlos.
super arranged, great service, super eating - simple class!It was a food for about 100 employees, my former chef gave his stand.It was super served, you could choose between 3 - 4 different eating and the dessert was sensational!
who knows carlos, knows how much worth it puts on qualitatiw high quality food, excellent service and upscale ambiente. he also manages this here at the rande of hittfeld - we are happy to come back!
