faster and faster service. I stopped on my way home from work and after waiting for order or even noticed on the Carl's Jr at the corner of Greenback and San Juan. When entering the restaurant, the manager immediately greeted me and took my order within a minute. The food arrived fast and was still hot when I came home. I ordered a voucher special for 2 fried chicken sandwiches and an order from Zucchini-Fries. The frits were hot and crispy. I knew what to expect until the blows for the sandwiches go and supplement my own to round the meal. This is the place to go an order. Hardly wait and friendly staff.

This location, is your quintessential Carl's, which is located in a area with little direct competition, no other fast food restaurants, other than coffee shops, including a Starbucks, are in the area. Even at 7am on a Sunday I was greater warmly atthe drive through. The lobby is unremarkable and I have not eaten inside in years. Good spot for food on the way to or fromOrangevale, Fair Oaks, and Carmichael. Worth noting is that a High School Bella Vista) is just down the street this can leadto traffic near the location before and after school.

First, I want to say that the food is excellent. Secondly, I would like to thank Joshua for his customer service, which he went up and beyond his way to clarify my order, which is a more difficult one, and I really appreciate that, he made sure that the order was made right. Great work Joshua thanks for your great customer service. His joyful attitude and his smile and his general professional attitude were a nice refreshment for what I am used to in a drive-thru, I will definitely return only for him.

Current managers don't seem to care about quality or customer service anymore, nor do they seem to understand how the chain's app works (and how it doesn't work). Snippy staff and stale-tasting food? Not a good combo
