Carl's Jr. - Réservation de table

I'm very disappointed by a customer service. I came on driver through around 11:30pm on Sept 16 to pick up my delivery. I asked the person to help me to get a sauce for my order and I gave a 1 dollar bill to get 1 ranch and 1 honey mustard, but the persondenied to sell it. When I asked why you cannot sell me, the person said Sorry, I cannot. I'm asking the management to learnmore about this incident as I vitiated this place on Sept 15 and was able to purchase what I wanted. Thank you

I absolutely love Carl's Jr.! There's a really friendly young man named Alex M. who runs the drive-thru in the evenings. He’s such a nice guy, always smiling and genuinely welcoming. If you’re out cruising the streets in the evenings, I highly recommend stopping by this location on Sunrise Blvd. in Coloma.

I ordered the breakfast burger combo while I waited for my car at the auto repair shop. The restaurant was lovely and the staff were friendly, making it a pleasant place to spend over an hour on my phone while I waited. Great customer service!

Fast service and order was prepared exactly they way we ordered it. Folks from Minnesota had never tried it before and absolutely Loved it. I like the fact they let you use more than one coupon on your order. Makes it affordable to enjoy Réservez une table maintenant

I really enjoy the charred flavor and open flame cooking, along with the fresh pieces of vegetables. However, the prices are starting to get almost as high as steak prices. Just a reminder that it's a drive-thru experience!

This restaurant consistently finds excuses for not taking my order, or they just don’t respond at the drive-thru window. I’ve had far more experiences where I couldn’t order food than when I actually could.

The food here is excellent. However, the restaurant to the west could benefit from better lighting. I accidentally drove over the curb while trying to access the Carls Jr drive-thru.
