I placed my order while I looked for what I wanted, but this person kept trying to finalize my transaction, asking three times if that was all. I explained that I still needed to place my full order and asked about the ingredients in the primal burger, but received another curt response. If I were in management, I would suggest this employee consider a different line of work or take the day off when her attitude is less than pleasant. This is not meant to offend anyone, but unfortunately, you've lost a loyal customer who used to come regularly before the pandemic. I won’t be returning to your establishment.

Carl's always hits the spot, no one's gonna reasonably argue with that. The only reason why I give them 4 out of 5 is because you all need to go back to iceberg lettuce. That Romain you guys use now is always nasty on a hot burger.

The burgers are really good, currently offering a deal of two for $6.99, and the shakes taste fantastic. However, they did mix up my order. On the positive side, the customer service has improved significantly compared to before.

Polite and friendly staff who get the orders right, lettuce wrap burgers done perfectly, hot and fresh fries, clean tables, floors, and bathrooms.

Cockroach tasting french fries. Also a jalapeno popper had cockroach on it. Very unsanitary. . I'm extremely sensitive to the smell. Horrified.

I'm from Michigan and had never tried Carl's before. I ordered fries, while my fiancé got a burger meal. He said he really enjoyed it!
