I wish it was possible to leave a zero. Viviana R. From store #1101173 was extremely rude. I understand the service not being extremely great with the times but the attitude started from placing our order. With her giving snappy and unnecessary answers.When placing the order she would respond with ?I heard you the first time? and not letting us place our order cause she wasinterrupting with a distasteful attitude. I understand it?s Carl?s Jr?? but wow. Unnecessary of her to act that way.

I just visited the Carl's Jr. located next to Taco Bell, and unfortunately, the staff member wasn't able to take my order because she didn't speak any English at all. I simply asked her what was included in the Famous Star burger, and she responded with "no habla English," which left me completely baffled. I couldn't even order a Diet Dr. Pepper.

The food is generally what you would expect, and the restaurant is quite clean. I've never encountered any issues here. The staff changes frequently, so the service can vary from visit to visit. However, as someone who has lived in the area for 20 years, I can say that this place also features a children's outdoor play area that works well.

The service has improved compared to a year ago, with quick service for takeout. The food was tasty, and we were able to save some money by using our coupons. We enjoyed French fries, onion rings, and a double cheeseburger, which was a great value, along with a Famous Star with cheese. We finished everything! Keep up the great work!

The service and food were excellent! We ordered a burger that surprisingly came with a whole salad instead of shredded lettuce. We've experienced this at another Carl's Jr. before, where they tried to charge us extra for a regular salad instead of shredded. Overall, we'd definitely eat here again. - Dave
