The woman in the drive-thru was very nice, but I was not in a rush to do anything. When I placed my order, they did not have what I wanted. They were out of fries, ketchup, napkins, and everything else I was hoping for. The service was very poor and the management seemed lacking. I don't know who that girl was, but she did not seem motivated to do her job. It's disappointing that no one can be professional enough to at least serve their customers until the end of their shift these days.
