Carl's Jr - Réserver une table

I suggest you save your time and drive an extra five minutes to Carl's Jr. on Baseline instead. The food there is significantly better and was still fresh by the time I got home. It's clear why this place only has a 3-star rating and why they are rarely busy. With the poor service and inadequate food quality, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. It's better to avoid this Carl's Jr.; there are much better options available.

I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. Maria was extremely rude. I ordered a nine-piece popper and inquired about the order. I've never been charged for ranch at any other place, but they informed me they would charge me for it before running my card. To make matters worse, she charged my card twice for the order. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I won't be returning.

The cashier frequently makes mistakes with orders. It's not very family-friendly; they won't allow your child to use the restroom while you place your order unless you have already made a payment.

Workers are friendly even when the line is long. Food order is prepared accurately. I live within driving distance of multiple Carls jr. and consistently go to this one.

Carl's Jr. is a favorite of mine. Good food. Good portions. Clean. Friendly staff. 4 stars because the dining room is closed.
