I think the manager was at the front register and she was very polite when taking my order. However, if you choose to dine in, be aware that the restaurant has an unpleasant, musty smell and isn’t very clean. There were also homeless people hanging out inside, even using the ceiling outlets to charge their devices. I won’t be eating inside or ordering from this place again.
This location's solid, I've been here many times. Tried the Double Wraptor Beyond Burger today. It's good, not great. Beyond meat substitute is pretty good, even by carnivore standards, but the leaf lettuce tasked with holding the sandwich together is a fail. Just make it a bowl and offer me a fork.
customer service at drive thru yesterday the manager took the order that she went beyond rudeness, never should be seen anyone like this. per the type that gave me the command, her name is Mary new manager she should stay at home and not work with this job at all. what a shame
They have a tip jar at the drive-thru and duplicated my hamburger order. This tipping trend is getting out of control—everyone is paying too much these days. We're all struggling; it's time to focus on good service and going the extra mile. Réservez une table maintenant
I'm a regular at this Carl's Jr and my cashier was very helpful. I don't believe these reviews about her, cashier's name is Iezel Tracy I believe. My order was correct and made sure I have everything I need. Will come again for sure!
The drive thru was clean the employee was helpful. The food was good. I give them five stars for speed taste and cleanliness.Parking: Don't have to worry about parking there's lots of it.
We t through the drive through, the cashier was nice but the service was slow, and I spent 15 on a meal for them to tell me I could only have one ranch for my fries? Lame.
Workers are friendly even when the line is long. Food order is prepared accurately. I live within driving distance of multiple Carls jr. and consistently go to this one. Réservez une table maintenant
