I suggest using the app since it verifies that your order has been placed successfully. However, to make sure the restaurant gets your order, you must click the link sent in the text message. The staff was incredibly helpful when they checked my phone and confirmed my payment, but they still hadn’t received my order, which caused a bit of confusion for both of us. I really appreciated their assistance in resolving the issue. I eventually closed the app and didn’t need to check the text until that moment.
I recently went through the drive-thru to order jalapeño poppers, and they were completely frozen—so gross! I went inside to let them know they were cold and requested hot ones instead. When I returned to get my new poppers, I noticed the staff arguing in Spanish about my order while rolling their eyes at me, which was quite unprofessional. One employee assured me they were hot this time, but I was not satisfied. We will definitely not be eating there again.
I ordered the biscuit and gravy, which they claim is freshly made, but the biscuit was extremely hard—so hard that my fork could barely penetrate it. The soda tasted awful, and the machine was out of ice. When I asked an employee for ice, another drink, and a different item, she rolled her eyes and muttered something to her coworkers in Spanish, mistakenly assuming I didn't understand. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning.
Great job, ladies! The place was incredibly clean, and the service was lightning fast. I arrived around 8:40, and I could only hear Lupe in the background who was making delicious hamburgers at an impressive speed. The cashier was also very quick and extremely helpful.

The person who assisted me was Jose. Every time I visit, I spend over $30. I usually ask Jose for extra ranch and barbecue sauce, but now he charges for the extra sauces, whereas they didn't used to charge before.
I was helped by Alex and Juan, two amazing young men. They were very helpful and nice. Wil definitely go back with how nice they are. Thank you for knowing the correct way to work costumer service and a fast food
