I had a disappointing experience at this location. They do not answer phone calls and are dishonest about product availability for certain customers. I believe this location deserves an audit due to its unprofessional management. It's hard to believe there are no milkshakes available, especially since they are such a popular item. If the refrigerator or freezer is broken, it should have been repaired immediately, and I should have seen a technician working on it while I was there.
If this kind of treatment continues, I will consider taking further action. Additionally, I noticed they are putting very few Oreos in the shakes, yet I’m being overcharged simply for requesting less ice cream and...
On a positive note, the food was good, but we ended up spending $32.00 for two combo meals, which seems pricey considering the questionable atmosphere. Honestly, all Carl's Jr. locations have similar prices, and they’ve exceeded what I’m willing to spend on fast food. I won’t be going back to any Carl's unless they substantially reduce their prices.
The burgers are tasty, but the assembly could use improvement. It feels as though they were quickly put together, and the patty is noticeably smaller than the bun. Moreover, I felt a bit uneasy when homeless individuals approached my car while I was in the drive-thru.
Food is so-so but it's conveniently close by. Usually a lot of homeless hanging around. I don't object to them being anywhere only to CONSTANTLY BEING ASKED FOR MONEY. I'm a senior on social security and I really don't have extra money to give out. Then I feel bad.

One of our orders was missed, and we didn't realize it until we got home. However, they managed the situation very well and resolved it effortlessly.
The staff here is incredibly friendly, and they accept food stamps, which is a huge plus. The highlight meal is also available at a fantastic price.
