DUDE SERIOUSLY?!I used to work fast food. At night. Where no one else is in there restaurant so no extra noise, no distractions, literally was me and one person waiting in line to order.She had to have me repeat the order again, so I did. The only thing I can think of is the cook didn 't care or didn 't understand. And I can 't tell you, bc I don 't have the ticket or the receipt. I asked for no tomato, no lettuce and no pickle. They gave me tomato and nothing else. I literally said onion is fine.I just paid 24 and change for it. And to top it off, she started taking someone else 's order when I was asking for ketchup. Sat there and waited. Got glared at. Asked for ketchup, got ketchup. Out...
PIH Hospital no longer has a cafeteria open at night for employees, so I end up at Carl’s Jr. fairly often since it’s one of the few late-night drive-thru options nearby. The service is consistently good, and I’ve never had any issues with the food, although Carl’s Jr. tends to be a bit pricey. Their criss-cut fries are definitely worth trying.
The food at Carl's Jr. is pretty much what you'd expect. However, the staff seemed exhausted and disengaged, moving around like zombies. I also noticed the manager, who came across as smug and overbearing. Overall, the atmosphere at this location was really unpleasant.
I was truly impressed by the outstanding customer service from Kevin at the drive-thru of this location. He was incredibly helpful and patient, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed about my phone and payments. I'm very grateful for the support I received.

Good Drive thru customer service food also great. Love Carl's because there are always specials of some kind you can't beat a double patty Big Carl's burger for $2.99 Tasty warm and. Soft bread. Just like my mom's loves them. Five star Chico's review
They never seem to have strawberry or vanilla shakes available. Also, the lady working the drive-thru in the morning is hard to understand and comes across as rude. Remember, customers are what keep your doors open.
Carl's Jr. has always been one of my favorites, but I find it can be quite pricey when inviting friends or family. The food is delicious, but you often need to request condiments; otherwise, you won't receive any.
Just because COVID happened does not mean that the restrooms have to be so dirty, nor do the tables, floors, and windows. I noticed this at Denny's on Whittier Blvd.

The service here is outstanding, and Nadia is fantastic! She is always friendly and provides perfect customer service. I always enjoy coming here when she's around.
