I give this restaurant four stars primarily because of one exceptional cashier. His customer service is excellent and he always goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, the manager and another cashier I encountered during my visit caused me to dock one star from my rating. The other cashier completely ignored me until the manager intervened and asked if I needed assistance. To make matters worse, when I requested more Ranch dressing, the cashier blatantly lied and said they were out, even though I could see it right in front of me. I don't plan on returning to this establishment, but I feel the need to give a special shout-out to the cashier with the black cross earrings - you are truly amazing...
A location immediately off the 5. The restaurant is large and spacious and also has a patio with seats. The women?s bathroom was obviously well used with full bins and one stall out of order, but it smelled okay and things functioned. As for the food, weordered fast and had food in 5 minutes. Everything was hot, fresh, tasty, and correct. My charbroiled chicken club had aperfectly cooked chicken breast and the fried zucchini were a rare treat for me. My husband?s hamburger combo with fries werefine.
See, no offence, the food was amazing but the staff was clearly un professional. ???? They changed my order with someone else. We did dine in and they gave us food in the bag to go. Plus they didn't show any courtesy to give us the different food whatother people took. I needed to tell them that please change my burger because you gave my bag of food to other people and theyhave opened it.
We ordered the 2 for $4.50 deal which included the spicy chicken sandwich and double cheeseburger (item #16). Along with that, we also got the Burrito and Biscuit sandwich. My meal came with the sandwiches, small fries, and a drink for a total of $11. I wish the chicken had a bit more spice, but overall we received great customer service.

I ordered a Beyond Famous Burger, no cheese/mayo from the drive thru. I received a regular Famous Star. I went inside to tell them about their mistake and made another one. No apology was given. The new burger ended up having mayo! Simple instructionscannot be followed. I won?t be coming here anymore.
I wasn't a huge fan of Carl's Jr until I tried it here. The server was really friendly and made the late-night experience enjoyable. The burgers and fries were delicious. I would definitely return.
Not crowded for a late lunch on a Monday. Star Burger took a few minutes, but was top quality. Watch out for traffic. Lots of big rigs and speeding SUVs.
so frustrating to try and order at the drive through when the other person barely speaks English...

Good food. Took awhile and had to go back up to counter as they forgot items but overall good.
Very good Mexican food for fast food. Not a great variety, but what they have is good to go
