The restaurant was very clean, and the ambiance was pleasant with comfortable seating. The Western Bacon Burger was delicious, and I would definitely order it again, just like the Chicken Burger. The prices were reasonable. UPDATE: I returned today to try some other items on the menu. The store was busier this time, with a long drive-thru line and around six customers inside. A crew trainer was on duty today. I opted for the Chicken BLT and Western Angus Burger, along with a side of chips and star nuggets. Both burgers were tasty, well-cooked, and beautifully presented. This was the absolute WORST place to go to! The Burgers buns were stale and hard as a rock! The meat was dry as if it was left for hours in a pan. Chips, they were the worst of all! Every chip I looked at there was green on all the chips and it tasted like I was eating dry undercooked potatos. They made no effort to salt the chips. Staff were so lovely though, loved their service and was so kind when it came to talking to me and taking my order. Really wish I could give it a better review. But unfortunately I cannot.

I really love the burgers here, but I've had issues on three separate visits with my order being incorrect. This last experience was disappointing, and I’ve decided it's the last time I’ll be coming here. They’ve lost a customer over this. It shouldn’t be that difficult to get a burger order right!

Carl's Jr. Cranbourne is actually a decent spot to grab a bite. For a fast-food restaurant, it’s quite good. I recommend dining in, just in case there’s a mistake with your order, plus the drinks are refillable. Réservez une table maintenant

Pretty nice burger. I tried the chicken. The wait was 25 minutes. They weren't busy, they just didn't have enough staff. The staff were very polite and friendly. Extremely overpriced for a burger.

The only positive aspect of this restaurant is the milkshakes. I've given it several chances, but every time the food has been cold and tastes like a lesser version of Hungry Jack's.

I really enjoyed the portion sizes and the customer service at this restaurant. They offer free refill drinks, which is a nice touch. The place was also clean and well-organized.

Absolutely disgraceful, two long black hairs fried into my chicken burger. How bout hair nets for gods sake! Basic hygiene training! Who knows what else this garbage had in it Réservez une table maintenant
