The menu is short, but this is a good sign that the cook concentrates on quality and freshness with a fine taste. The juicy perfectly cooked fish is the star of the meal, but the accompaniments are delicious, simple and creative. Special recommendations for the fish soup and cod with Pesto crust. The place was a bit difficult to find, but we finally got there. We have been served in a very friendly way, and the food was really good. We tried the fish soup and the codfish (excellent). We can only recommend Carl's Kneipe to anyone coming to Ahlbeck!

We had the best food in Ahlbeck, fresh cod with Parmiggiano crust and Pesto was excellent, and so was the roasted Ael with salt potatoes, cheap. not to forget the service that was extremely friendly and helpful. Not easy to find, but in any case...

carls kneipe is really the best restaurant in the city. unspoken mix of Italian and German dishes, for exams cod with pesto or zander with gnocchi very good! Reservation recommended not to find so easy.

A cozy place from the tourist center. Good food and nice personal. Recommend everyone who loves seafood.
