It pains me to say that it's just not the same anymore! I've been going to CC my whole life, and I have to admit that my latest visit will be my last. I ordered a simple hot dog, which they used to make perfectly. It used to be served on a toasted bun with a quality hot dog, accompanied by a fixings station that had relish, onions, and pickles... but that's no longer the case. I took one bite and ended up throwing it away. My dad would be heartbroken! He used to drive all the way from Staten Island just to get a Carlson’s dog and watch the fishermen and boats. I make this a yearly trip, and usually, it never disappoints. Unfortunately, this year wasn't that stellar. Our burgers were a big burnt, and we got the nubs and ends of burnt fries of two mixed baskets of fries. The staff seemed more concerned about were to put and how to pay for the coke delivery and paper order. I think they need an adult in there to manage the kids.
My family has a lot of history in the area and with Carlson's Corner. As for me, I have just had their strawberry milkshake. The shake was just the kind of milkshake I like, strawberry with no chunks. It has a scenic location, and a great selection of ice cream. Overall, a good experience.
Nice place to grab a bite to eat, 50 feet from the beach at the end of Manasquan. You must try the hamburger one of the best hamburgers that I've had in a long time.. be patient while waiting online, it's worth the wait. College students are running a place.

We stopped at this location on Monday morning we have breakfast the food was excellent I would rate it a 10 when you're done eating breakfast in this market across the street onto the beach great views all over wonderful
The location is ideal, and the food is quite good. The views are stunning. If you're visiting in the summer, I recommend stopping by around 9 PM on Thursdays, grabbing an ice cream, and enjoying the fireworks.
They no longer serve their classic footlong hot dogs. Their current hot dog is pretty ordinary and expensive, but you sure can't beat the atmosphere. So for that reason I give it five stars lol
This place holds a lot of childhood memories for me. The food is quite good, and you can't beat the location!

Great place for ice cream and watching the boats go in and out of the Manasquan Inlet.
