Booked fairly last minute and got a table for 4. We ordered 2 x chicken burgers, 1 x steak and carbonara with garlic bread. Food was really nice to be fair! No option for peppercorn sauce BUT it’s an Italian so can’t be expected. Dessert we had brownies and fondant, really nice can’t be faulted. Didn’t catch our waitresses name, but she was blonde and pregnant so nice, really kind and welcoming to us. Good value for money, for a drink each; meal each (including steak) two sides and 4 desserts £150. Can’t fault it.
Loved everything about this place. Location ideal, right in the centre. The restaurant is decorated beautifully and has a lovely atmosphere. Our waiter Jake made us feel like royalty from the moment we walked in. We had 3 courses and they were all amazing, you can tell they use top quality products. I had the signature dish and it was one of my top 5 favourite dishes I’ve had in a restaurant. Highly recommend Carluccios and I will dine there again when I visit Chester.
During our weekend getaway in Chester, we decided to dine at Carluccio's based on its stellar reviews. The restaurant lived up to its reputation with delicious food served by knowledgeable waitstaff in a lovely atmosphere. While not the most affordable option, the quality of the food and service made it well worth the price. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.
The food at this restaurant is delicious. There is a shop area where you can buy things. It is a short walk from the V&A and Science Museum, making it a great option for a day out. Both the kids' and adults' menus are excellent, and the seating is comfortable. The restaurant offers a lovely view of the street and is conveniently located near a tube station.

Meal was superb and the service was excellent. Atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Great experience and very easy to recommend.
