Carmello's Of Old Town Manassas

I took my mother to Carmellos last night for a late Mother's Day celebration, and I must say I was blown away from the meal, service and experience! First, the waiting staff was so professional and friendly. We started with the scallops and oysters Rockefeller. My mother said that she had not seen Scallops cooked that perfectly in her life, and I must agree! They were delicious! The oysters were also fabulous, perfect to start our meal. Then my mother ordered the Primavera salad and I got the house salad. We both agree that the house salad was the winner, but the other salad was also delicious! The little goat's balls should die. My first visit to Carmello was wonderful! The dining room is nice, the staff warm, attentive and professional, the food excellent! This is not the kind of place to hurry through a meal, but to enjoy every bite and enjoy the time spent there. It is perfect for a special occasion or if you want to make an ordinary day exceptional. I'm glad to come back!

We had a great experience here for my 50. Birthday! The food was amazing and the staff was on the spot! I would recommend Carmello's/Monza to ANYONE!
