The food and service at this restaurant are excellent! Despite its small size, it is bursting with flavor. I have never seen a place with so many customers coming in and being served quickly with such great service and delicious food. The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is friendly, and the customer service is top-notch. Surprisingly, the made-to-order food is prepared quickly. We will definitely be returning with friends. Thank you!

Carmen’s cocina is so great!! They are letting our little boys do a lemonade and chocolate chip cookie stand! We will be outside Carmen’s Cocina off of 159th and Mur Len tomorrow, Saturday June 16 from about 10:30-1 for anyone who would like to stop by! They are saving money for college please stop by to grab some lunch from Carmen’s cocina and get a chocolate chip cookie and some lemonade for dessert!

This restaurant serves fresh and delicious food! It is definitely a must-try Mexican restaurant. The small and cute shop is very clean with wonderful prices. My husband and I had lunch here for less than $20 and left full and satisfied. We can't wait to come back and try more items on the menu. This time we had tortas, but we are excited to try the tacos next time!

We are from south Texas and our breakfast burritos were better than our local taqueria! Great hot salsa! Regular salsa would be great just drank straight(a little tequila would make a great **** Mary's)! Good, friendly staff! Orders are quick, hot and fresh! Definitely will go back!!! There is literally no where in the world you can have food this incredible! There is nothing on the menu that isn't unbelievable. I live an hour away but I make the drive all the time for the best food in Kansas City!

The breakfast burritos at this restaurant are the best, hands down, and the guacamole is delicious. The staff is friendly, the service is good, and they are very generous with their portions.

I had the shredded beef burrito and beef nachos. Great flavor! They have real pop too! After my first trip, I wanted to sample the whole menu! My new favorite place!
