Carmine's Italian Deli

This place is a gem! They have a separate menu just for vegan food on the deli counter. The meatball parm sandwich was delicious homemade from the eggplant! I wish I could give it five stars, the food was great and the owner was lovely too.

Stopped here randomly before a hike and they had a super affordable vegan breakfast menu! They were out of tofu so they whipped up a really good Just Egg wrap for us and it was great! Super friendly and cute location to grab a bit outside!

I stepped into a vegan hidden gem this morning, as Carmine’s has some of the greatest vegan options I’ve seen in such a setting in Westchester
