Carnivore Stl - Réservation de table

I really dislike writing a lukewarm review, especially since I had heard such wonderful things about this restaurant. On the positive side, our server put in a lot of effort. Although they seemed a bit inexperienced, it wasn’t a major issue. The cocktails were enjoyable; my Old Fashioned with Grand Marnier was excellent. However, the food was just average. The Chicken Parmesan was overcooked, and the pasta with shrimp scampi was even more overcooked, with a sauce that was quite watery. I think I’ll need to give this place another chance in the future to see if perhaps I just made some poor choices in my order.

Stopped here for breakfast on a short weekend trip to St L and wow am I glad we did. Starting off with service, this place has no issues getting good help! How impressive to see so many young people willing to work and be great and friendly to customers. On to atmosphere...great music, service and clean! Last but not least the food. What can you say about breakfast ? well the Italian Slinger was worth the drive. The sausage was amazing, the potatoes were so tasty and eggs were great. Oh and one more great thing, the coffee was so good. Loved this place!!!

This vibrant and lively restaurant is an excellent spot for both a casual and a more upscale dinner. Arriving early allows you to enjoy the impressive bar and indulge in some delicious cocktails. The staff is warm, friendly, and very accommodating. I highly recommend the lobster risotto; it's simply outstanding! The wine list is fantastic, and there is a good selection of craft beers available. Overall, I highly recommend this place! Food rating: 5/5.

We finally got around to dining at Carnivore. We started with a cocktail at the bar and ended up getting a table in the bar for dinner. The bar staff was very attentive and helpful.We had a great meal and experience. Of note, the aricini was some of the best we've had! It was Taco Tuesday and the menu offered taco specials. We tried a shrimp, chicken, steak, and special fried chicken taco. All delicious.We are certainly planning to return. Réservez une table maintenant

The food was incredible and the service was excellent, but the atmosphere left something to be desired. It was so noisy that I could barely hear my husband speaking to me. We chose this restaurant for our anniversary, anticipating a quiet, upscale steakhouse experience, but it was far from that. Given that a steak costs over $50, I expected a much more refined environment. Overall, the food gets a perfect score of 5/5.

Great food with a wide selection that represents the area well. Always good local beer on draft. Can either dine fancy or bar casual based on what you order. Herbivore salad is like an elevated Imos salad. A great date spot or anniversary dinner.Food: 5/5

Went on the recommendation of the folks at Hill Antiques and glad we did. Its the kind of place with locals and regulars but we felt like we were part of the crowd! The food was excellent, nice staff and a local establishment wish we had more of them!

Burger week was EPIC! Spiedini burger was awesome. The shrimp appetizer I highly recommend. My only wish is that it was served with a bit of bread so as not to waste all that awesome sauce. Lots of draft choices. Great attentive staffFood: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

The Steak Modiga was amazing! Great food and service. Espresso Martini was delicious and have to try the Old Fashion.Food: 5/5
