Carolina's Desserts

I ordered a Dominican cake from here and it was very good. I ordered a second cake for a special occasion. I paid through the cell and when I showed up tired. 5. februar 2022 to get the cake to the time, said carolina to come, the load was padlocked with a sign that read “will open Friday by 1 clock.” I called voice mailbox several times was full. I wrote them several times. Nothing. I asked for a refund and she called once, but didn't leave a message. I am a Latina lawyer and would like to support Latina stores, but this is exaggerated and fraudulent. I reported this to my bank to get my money back. not from this business.

I stayed in the last minute to find a cake for a very special occasion. she called back once and didn't leave a message. in this writing, on the 8th february, I have received another message, apology or refund from her. I've reported it to my bank. not from this business.

during the time in which masks were needed everywhere, they had a sign indicating that the customers must wear a mask to enter. However, they rarely wore a mask at the register in front of or behind in their kitchen, even if they go at a weekend, ready to wait! there is rarely someone at the front because the few people who work there, including the owner, work on retired who are already delayed. not very hygienic or professional.

So. So. Delicious. They decorated a cake on the spot for me i appreciated it so much. Also got a couple other items and they were also perfect and tasted just as good. They had exactly what i was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure i got something special. I am so happy and grateful. I recommend.

that's the cake I pay $65 and I waited an hour in half! I could have been so disappointed in business! their quality is getting worse and their prices are always higher after many years of their costumer never again! If I could not give stars, I would have.!
