I've never given a bad review but this has to be said. As an Uber eats driver I've lost hundreds in deliveries waiting for them just to hand me the food. Today I waited 23 minutes for them to hand from the window to me. The order was done the entire time. I gave them the name 3 times, still took 23 minutes while they talked and played on their phones. As an Uber driver I will never take another request from Carolinas, the service is absolutely horrible.
I'm giving Carolinas all 5 stars. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant is always super clean, but most of all.... the red chili burrito is amazing. I've had all kinds of Mexican food all over the valley but there's something special about Carolinas red chili.
No matter what we order its always fantastic being going to the original Carolinas for about 53 years back when their Mama and Dad ran the place. Always my favorite place to enjoy. Reasonably priced.
They keep getting my order wrong. I'm deathly allergic to cheese and they keep adding cheese when I select/say no cheese. I want a full refund on my order Réservez une table maintenant
The food was good as usual. I didnt get a salsa or a fork with my food but thats not that significant to deduct a star.
The food was still hot and fresh when we got. Tacos were crisp and sooo good. Look forward to ordering again.
