Carol's Deli - Réservation de table

First off I will say they have a tight staff/owner. I've been going here for years and they run a semi tight staff. The food at times comes off inconsistent, and other local delis may user better quality ingredients (like Roma Deli or the deli in Hopewell). A complaint for me is service when you walk in, they don't have a good system/line for customers (like you walk in and wait for your order, but there may be others that come in and get service faster). I wish there was a more formal lines, so if you ordered, you wouldn't have to wait against others who are walk ins (which is the purpose of calling in at advance). Otherwise, I will say I enjoy the food, and the owner is amazing.

I'm sitting in my car right now, having paused my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich just to write this review. This is, by far, the best BEC I've had in Dutchess County, and I've been living here for 15 years. The bacon was perfectly crispy, and the highlight was that they toasted my bagel on the griddle instead of using a regular toaster. I had never noticed this place before because I usually don’t drive into this plaza, but I'm really glad I finally did. However, I can't go here too often because I'm on a diet, and I can't keep indulging in bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches!

We absolutely adore Carol's! The sandwiches are consistently fresh and tasty, with unique combinations that stand out from typical deli options. The staff is friendly and recognizes their regular customers by name, which truly reflects their strong ties to the community. While the exterior may not be impressive, the interior is spacious and provides a wonderful setting to relax and chat with fellow hardworking locals. It’s never empty there; no matter what time you visit, you can expect a line. However, they process orders quickly, making the wait well worthwhile.

I ate here a few times with family I wasn't impressed with their sandwiches and their breakfast was greasy and bland did not taste good at all. They microwaved their breaded chicken which made the texture of the chicken not good at all. I won't be coming back to this establishment to eat there. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a wonderful experience at Carol's Deli! The food and service were fantastic. I ordered the pot roast last week, and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this place and will definitely return!

The breakfast and lunch options are excellent at this deli. The service is quick and friendly. There are tables available in the main area as well as a separate dining room.

Love coming here with friends after going on the Rail Trail. The sandwiches and wraps are delicious. Great management and service!

Always the best! Specials are great. I had the eggplant and mozzarella hero which was the best I ever had!!!
