superior for others! my hubby and I visited carrabbas for the first time in september this year. we had eaten several times in a nearby other Italian chain restaurant. carrabbas is far superior to them! the atmosphere, the service and the food will make us long time protective cartridges. we were greeted by one of the owners and he knew it was our first time, thanks to our great server. well the trip to richmond worth, we will come back!
The Tuscan-Grilled Filet* 9 oz was too tough. The cut had to be USDA Select. It was not worth that price. The seasoning was great, but, too tough for $36. Same with the NEW! Tuscan-Grilled Ribeye* 16oz. The steaks were cooked to the correct temperature, but both were way too tough, and not that fresh for the prices. I hate that too. Everything else was perfect; the salads, bread, broccoli mashed potatoes.
What a treat for a chain!. I've eaten at Carrabas in three locations 2 states and have to say they are masters of the chain restaurant The food is excellent and you can even sit at the bar and watch them cook usually good for a free sample or two The chefs are always eager to answer questions and the wait staff is also great Highly recommended
Call Ahead!!. Love the food. Hate the wait. Twice we waited for nearly an hour and the place is so crowded! It was worse than a New York subway in rush hour!! Pushed and shoved by the wait staff and the patrons. There is no room at the bar and it's poorly arranged. Call AHEAD!!! Réservez une table maintenant

I can't remember the last time I visited this restaurant, but I regret not returning sooner. The food was delicious and our waiter, Christian, was exceptional!
This restaurant has gone pathetically downhill. Do not eat here. Very disappointing. Has taken a turn for the worst. Staffed by millennials who don't care.
