Like many of the reviews you’ll find below, my order, along with the rest of my party’s, was served with food that wasn’t hot. Mine was hot on top but cold at the bottom. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this. It really takes away from the enjoyment of dining out. Who wants to spend their hard-earned money on cold food? On a positive note, the servers are very good. However, the management needs to address these issues because I honestly feel the overall quality of Carrabba's has declined in recent years. I expect this review will get a generic response from management urging me to share my concerns on a corporate website. Instead, they would be better off just fixing the problem.
Greasing awesome!!! Aaaaaand they made me a giant bowl of Ricardo sauce at my request at a cost of $12 and i am soooooo happy for it. Thank you!! Also, glad to hear that catrabas who was so proud of them sieves to charge $17 for 5oz of chicken in the Chicken Bryan 7 years ago, now charges $19.49 but provides 8oz of chicken for the same dish... we had avoided carrabas for alot of years becuz of that inflamed stingyneas. Love you guys, but let sleep it reasonable alright?
Our server was incredibly attentive and patient. The peach sangria was refreshing and served in a generous portion. The shrimp scampi, calamari, and Caesar salad were all quite tasty. I ordered the grilled ribeye but was too full to enjoy it when it arrived, though I did manage to taste it, and it was delicious! However, the garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli were a bit too salty for my liking. Overall, it was a great experience.
My friend and I met for lunch. We had half the restaurant to ourselves. Service was fantastic. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. The food was wonderful. Our only problem was the walk to the entrance was so long because you were directed to the front door instead of the parking lot door. We were allowed to exit the parking lot door which made things easier for us.

We were disappointed with our experience today. Three chicken soups we received were served cold, and one of our dinner orders never arrived. The soup was overly peppery as well. This restaurant typically has better service, so we were quite unimpressed this time.
Noel was amazing...! Beautiful customer service all around and the food was super delicious. In any case, would go back! Thank you to the whole team that made our dinner spectacular for the day of our mother. You guys rock!!!
Always Love Carrabba?s. Lunch specials have us coming back to meet friends or just stop in for delicious soup and salad. Great for family dinners and parties too. 4:00 6:00 p.m. half price drinks and selected appetizers.
We visited this restaurant on Mother's Day, May 8th, 2022. The service was decent, but unfortunately, both my soup and lasagna were served cold. That said, I have to admit that the food was still quite delicious.

Our waiter, Jean Paul, was outstanding! It's been years since I've experienced service like his. The food was also fantastic. I would absolutely come back.
