Has a wonderful dining experience especially due to our server Andrew. Andrew greeted us as soon as we sat down and gave us time to look over the menu and not rush us. Food is amazing, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Emoni was a wonderful waitress and the owner William is very personable and welcoming. Carrabas in Central Islip is wonderful and definitely recommend for a date night or family dinner! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
