Carrabba's Italian Grill Centreville

I just left this Carrabas quite literally less than five minutes prior to writing this, but I wanted to leave a review since halfway through my time there. We walked in and were seated super fast. Once seated our server (Anna) came up really fast and got our drinks and appetizer order. Another man came by with our bread shortly after. Our drinks and food was very fast. When she brought them we ordered our main food and got our side salads really fast. The food was really good and so were the drinks. Our server was also very fast when we asked for the check. The food/service was all great! I would like to write a little shout out to our server Anna who laughed at mine and my boyfriends stupid...

They gave me my special order (medium steak and pasta in olive oil) but it took a while. I guess because it wasn't a standard menu item. The food was good even though the steak was medium well and overcooked and did not have the marsala topping I requested. My fault for going to an italian place for a steak I guess. They didn't ask what I wanted to drink or if I wanted dessert. However the side salad was good and I really enjoyed the pasta, bread and the dipping spices in oil. Lunch on a weekday was not busy but they seemed short staffed.

All 3 of us ordered the pork tenderloin with fig sauce. Absolutely delicious and one of our favorites. It’s Only offered occasionally though. Our server was Sydney who provided excellent service. She was friendly, polite, considerate and one of the best servers we have had. Great dining experience and recommend it. Now if they would just bring back the Panna Cotta dessert it would be perfect.

En bout de ligne, nous n'avons jamais mangé. Nous y sommes arrivés quelques minutes avant notre réservation prévue pour se faire dire qu'il y avait une minute d'attente minimum et que les réservations n'étaient pas vraiment des réservations. Jamais eu cette expérience auparavant avec une réservation Open Table. Inutile de dire que nous ne reviendrons pas

Fetichini Alfredo was wonderful and server was amazing, the one with the shoulder length blackish curly hair and Christmas pens. If someone could leave her name, I’d love to recommend her for Mr. Beast foundation grants!

La nourriture était excellente et le service était un peu lent en raison du manque de serveurs disponibles. Cependant, notre serveur était excellent et elle a fourni un service client exceptionnel

La réservation de table ouverte était inutile car nous avons dû attendre quelques minutes. Cependant, la direction a fait un bon service et une bonne nourriture

First time eating here and was not disappointed. Food was very good and the prices were reasonable. Will be visiting again in the future.

Nice menu. Tasty food. Friendly service. Portions are fairly large. Pastas can be heavy. Be prepared to take some home.

I miss having a Carabba's near me. The Polo Rosa Maria was great.
