Just ordered delivery a couple days ago and was great. Tonight was a huge let down. Shrimp scampi tasted frozen. 10 Oz sirloin ordered med rare was well done... grilled asparagus decent. Minimal cheese with lasagna. Ordered today 11/15 slow night. Still can't cook a steak properly. Well done sand consistency. Pasta good. Don't order steak. How does a restaurant confidently serve a well done steak when it's ordered med rare? Inedible and thrown in the garbage 10//24: over cooked, dry, and cold...booo
I hate this Carabbas! We go often bc my son loves the spaghetti sauce, which it is good. The servers are the worst! We were there last night ready to spend some money and have a good time- instead we were ignored! No drink refills and no more drinks from the bar. I sent my food back bc no one came back to check and I needed dressing. We spent 20$ but was ready to spend 4 times more bc we were celebrating his health and some good news. We left and went to Olive Garden.
Sat in lounge area and Adam was my server…his recommendation of the pork tenderloin was spot on delicious! Mama M’s Sicilian Soup and a caesar side salad…and the garlic mashed red skin potatoes. Along with the Happy Hour portion of the calabrian wings…gave me not only a delicious dinner, and additionally generous portion of left overs for lunch at work tomorrow! 5 stars to Adam, the chefs in the kitchen…all at the Sgt, Mi location
Very pleasant atmosphere. Staff seems happy to be here! Even the cooks were happy!! Chelsea was wonderful! Mahi was excellent, as was the chick-parm. Can't wait to come back. Canoli cake was free as we were celebrating 46 years of marriage and to die for!

Our server Kenny was phenomenal! He was polite, funny just an overall down to earth guy. He checked in frequently and was a pleasure to be around. If you go to the Carrabas in Southgate, ask for Kenny!
We had a wonderful meal at Southgate Cartabba’s. The fodd was delicious and fresh. Hayli, our server, was attentive, friendly and made our experience a 5 star visit.
