Good morning, I am coming to you regarding the not very honest, not correct attitude and a lack of customer relations experience of your two employees. I head towards the fruit section, I see a promotional poster on 500g trays of Spanish strawberries at 1.50. But there is more on the shelves, just by chance I ask the cashier if she has any leftovers, she tells me to wait and that she will find out from her colleague who was putting them on the shelves. The cashier comes back to us and tells us that her colleague has gone to get some in reserve. She comes back with a tray of strawberries, I say to myself that’s cool, there’s still some left. She walks towards the poster promoting strawberries at 1.50 and she tears off the poster and tears it strangely. And she labels the trays of strawberries at 2.50 e instead of 1.50 e like the promotional poster. Seeing this, I go to ask her the question, why did she put the strawberries at 2.50e instead of 1.50e as indicated on the promotional poster? She just told me you wanted strawberries here are the strawberries with a disrespectful and aggressive tone. I told him I didn 't understand his respectful and unprofessional attitude towards a customer. If there weren 't any more, just say it simply and politely. Not knowing what to say, she goes back to putting it on the shelves. And I told her fellow cashier that it wasn 't a professional attitude, the cashier replied, You asked for strawberries. In short, no respect, lack of professionalism. I do not recommend it to people looking for respectful customer relations.
