Good morning, I am coming to you regarding the not very honest, not correct attitude and a lack of customer relations experience of your two employees. I head towards the fruit section, I see a promotional poster on 500g trays of Spanish strawberries at 1.50. But there is more on the shelves, just by chance I ask the cashier if she has any leftovers, she tells me to wait and that she will find out from her colleague who was putting them on the shelves. The cashier comes back to us and tells us that her colleague has gone to get some in reserve. She comes back with a tray of strawberries, I say to myself that’s cool, there’s still some left. Horrible experience! I placed an Uber EATS order. I notice that the app; before being delivered; tells me that I am missing 2 items even though I had clearly specified that I wanted replacement items in the event of a shortage.
