Store visited on 09/10/23. Closing time 12:30 p.m. Arriving at the butcher's department at 12:12 p.m., the person in charge of the department refuses to serve 2 customers under the pretext that the store closes in 18 minutes and that she is very late with her work (not very friendly).. She closes therefore the butcher's department 18 minutes before the official closing time of the store....Result: unhappy customers and a loss of income for this store, we put the rest of our purchases back on the shelf...let's stay positive, with Carrefour I positive...
Small and useful. I bought several times in this shop until the day when buying a salad I see that they forgot to give me the cutlery. Back in the shop, the staff told me that I had to buy them... Or contact the brand's sales representative. wow. The same salad bought in plrs other places the cutlery being offered I asked nicely. No, you have to buy a pack of 10... Poorly trained staff for certain products on sale.
J'ai eu l'occasion de faire des courses et de faire attention aux prix dans ce magasin, mais il n'est pas courant de payer en espèces... De plus, ils ne donnent pas de reçu en espèces (ok, on peut demander un duplicata), donc il n'est pas facile de vérifier si les prix sont corrects. C'est dommage pour ce supermarché, cela nuit à son image.
