Je donne 3 étoiles seulement pour la gentillesse d'un des employés (Marie). En ce qui concerne l'ensemble du magasin, malgré la variété des produits et la propreté du magasin, l'atmosphère est lourde. Un super gérant désagréable qui a toujours quelque chose à dire sur tout. Une femme psychorigide qui refuse un paquet 10 minutes avant l'heure prévue (convenience magasin proximité de ses clients). Elle refuse également 100 billets d'euro même si cela n'est pas mentionné à la caisse. Vraiment une honte parce que ce petit magasin a tout ce dont il a besoin pour réussir et servir les résidents de notre ville. Je n'ai pas besoin d'une réponse...

A big lack of professionalism and friendliness. Avoid anything involving sending/receiving packages.
I go there quite often because I live nearby when 2 3 things are missing and I am a little shocked at the lack of professionalism (colleagues who literally yell at each other even though it is in no way our business). Some people are fed up, I think, which makes them not always pleasant with customers... It's a shame even if I have always personally been served properly.
