Carrier Arms Hotel

We really liked the feel of this restaurant - very casual, the staff were great, food was excellent and prices were very reasonable. My partner had the stone grill Mixed Grill and said it was great, I had the chicken seafood which was lovely, particularly the sauce accompanying it. As one reviewer has already said, the restaurant decor is simplistic, but we didn't care about that. It's clean, the service is great and the staff are lovely. We felt like we were in a real country pub - nothing pretentious about it, but doing all the right things to make it an enjoyable dinner out. We will definitely be going back.

We have been coming to the bistro at the Carrier Arms Hotel now for four years or so and not once have we been disappointed with our meals. The menu is diverse and there are nightly specials. The stone grills are excellent value and the $15 Sunday lunch meals are very filling. The staff are friendly, Leigh the chef really knows how to cook and the atmosphere is still very country pub like. Prices are reasonable and you don't have to wait too long for your meal to be served.

The restaurant for dinner for the stone grill was excellent, value for money and fresh. Well priced. Although the wine list wasn't up to date. There were a few that they had run out of and even tried to get them at the bottle shop. The decor is simplistic however you can look past this based on the food.

this pub is the best in wodonga even for entertainment give them a chance they have the right charm to help others and they make a darn good meal

Good place to eat.friendly people and good food we usually go into the bar it has a better atmosphere.worth a visit try th lambs fry and bacon.
