The stay was great. The galley at the reception was super helpful and friendly, checked in a breeze and was quick to get me replacement keys when our stopped working. The gentleman who took my bags into my vehicle was also very friendly and even gave me a local friendly advice for my trip home. The restaurant was super cheap and very good. The rooms themselves were cheap, large, had a desk area that was nice and a small fridge. You could have a little more attention to cleaning, and some better linens, even the shower curtains had no weights on the bottom, and held leak before the shower causing a wet bathroom floor that is dangerous and simply not fun to kick. Odd's general experience, I enjoyed my time there, but mistaken enforcement in domestic policy made me and my group somewhat confused. Some dealers were great and personal, others were more stone. Some of the beverage services were fast, but some were slow. The dealer who questioned my age after having been at the table for over an hour and with them personally for some time was strange and a pit boss suddenly got involved in garbage after having been present for a good 15 minutes was a bit strange and jamming. Location is great both in terms of the landscape and the city.
Good hotel. Usually you stay down the street in a newer place, but they were full, so came here and the outside looks old, but the rooms were nice. AC got cold. Mini fridge. Newly renovated bathroom. Bed was pretty comfortable. 4 cushions of different strength. Katie's country kitchen for breakfast was great. Probably one of the best Belgian waffles I've ever had. Stay back.
We really enjoyed our stay. Tammy at registration got us a suite and it was perfect for our anniversary. The amenities were perfect. We will definitely come back to visit. The staff is very friendly and the restaurants at the hotel/Casino had delicious meals. We would recommend staying here.
