Right from the start, there were issues. I find the ice cream flavors lacking; they don’t have that classic Carvel taste that I enjoy. This location doesn’t honor the old Wednesday deal as other places do, which is disappointing. The advertisement is clear: buy 1 sundae, get 1 free, but what exactly is included in a sundae? Ice cream, a topping, and syrup, right? There’s no information on sizes mentioned on the website, but I’ve always had no problem getting a junior size as part of the deal because, after all, a sundae is a sundae. Unfortunately, the worker informed me that I could only get the small size. I decided to go ahead with my order, which included sprinkles on each sundae—nothing...

I ordered a pancake a few days in advance for my needs. However, when I went to pick it up, they had made a mistake. They handed me a cake that they claimed was mine, but it wasn’t what I ordered. After we sang happy birthday and opened it, we discovered it had the wrong filling inside. The young man working there didn’t know how to write on the cake either. While these may seem like minor issues, they contributed to a disappointing experience, and I don’t feel that the place delivers on what you pay for. I won’t be returning.

the personal needs more training. I had to inform the guy who made the reeses pieces that he was coming with him and was not an additional fee. He said he was taught to do it like that. also he has done it wrong. I don't even work there, but I can say that I look at the picture for 3 seconds, as he actually did. therefore the quality suffers. I shouldn't have to check the article, I'm a customer and I'm not paying for it.

First of all this place is disgusting. Floors and counter are filthy. Second, the service is terrible. Some of the kids here don’t know how to make any of the items advertised on the wall. Do not recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
