Carvel - Réservation de table

I'm out of this carvel location when I write it. it is Saturday evening 8 o'clock and this position closes by 10 o'clock. all my son and I wanted to shake 2 and the young lady informs me that the shaking machine is closed. closed not broken....on a summit Saturday night 2 hours before the closure. I also see the other staff of young girls talking and going in the kitchen. such a disappointment. my son and I decided to visit vivis bubbletee, which was just opened next door. I can see that this carvel location is losing something like that.

I stood outside of this Carvel location while writing this review. It was Saturday night at 8pm and the store closes at 10pm. My son and I simply wanted two shakes, but we were informed by a young lady that the shake machine was closed, not broken. This was disappointing, especially on a busy Saturday night two hours before closing. I also saw other employees, young girls, chatting and gossiping in the kitchen. In the end, my son and I decided to go to Vivis bubble tea, which had just opened up.

I visited this restaurant today and I must say, I was extremely disappointed. Initially, I came in with the intention of getting an ice cream cake. I ordered a cake with a plain white icing. As I was about to request sprinkles to be added, I noticed several flies and mosquitoes both on and inside the toppings area. It was appalling to see that they were continuing to serve customers without addressing the issue. Disgusting.

Usually they are better, but my last visit a day ago was a big disappointment. all, but one of my articles was made wrong and I noticed that they used the same spoon to pour out several topping types that they mix, which causes a large allergen cross-contamination problem with peanut elements and everything else. Typically, this restaurant is great, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. Almost all of my food was prepared incorrectly, and I observed the staff using the same spoon for multiple toppings, leading to a serious risk of cross-contamination for those with peanut allergies.

Recently ordered cake for my mothers birthday. All guests were amazed with the art and taste of that ice cream. I am truly recommending their high quality product and also very pleasant and professional services. Will come back. Big Thanks Barbara !!!

I went in the day of my daughter's birthday with a last minute custom cake order and the ladies there were very helpful and did an amazing job on making the cake that my daughter had asked for! I will definitely be coming back in the future. ????????

We order our Birthday cakes from this location. They always make them fresh. Additionally, this location is Kosher. One of our favorite places for a special treat. Réservez une table maintenant

I love CARVEL here on Van Houten Ave here in Clifton NJ. The service is the best out of all the ones I've visited. The staff is so kind and professional.
