I'm out of this carvel location when I write it. it is Saturday evening 8 o'clock and this position closes by 10 o'clock. all my son and I wanted to shake 2 and the young lady informs me that the shaking machine is closed. closed not broken....on a summit Saturday night 2 hours before the closure. I also see the other staff of young girls talking and going in the kitchen. such a disappointment. my son and I decided to visit vivis bubbletee, which was just opened next door. I can see that this carvel location is losing something like that.
at this place and today and to be honest, I was disgusting. first, when I came in, I focused on getting an ice cream cake. I have a cake with a general color white. When I asked to add sprinkles, I took a second look when I saw many flying and mosquitoes on and in the additional section. it was disgusting as they still served humans and did nothing against it. Yes.
Usually they are better, but my last visit a day ago was a big disappointment. all, but one of my articles was made wrong and I noticed that they used the same spoon to pour out several topping types that they mix, which causes a large allergen cross-contamination problem with peanut elements and everything else.
Typically, this restaurant is great, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. Almost all of my food was prepared incorrectly, and I observed the staff using the same spoon for multiple toppings, leading to a serious risk of cross-contamination for those with peanut allergies.

Great place. The staff is friendly and efficient. Stopped by the other evening with my wife and son. They have many flavors as well as different types of shakes. They have the flying saucers which are like ice cream sandwiches and of course, their ice cream cakes.
I went on the day of my daughter's birthday with a last minute custom cake order and the ladies there were very helpful and did an amazing work to ask the cake my daughter had asked! I'll be back in the future.
The ice cream scoops I received were freezer burnt and very crunchy with ice. The milk shakes were watered down and the soft serve was melted before it touched my hands. The staff was very snobby. Never again.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The people that work here are completely incompetent and manage to not only screw up two orders, but, not even come close to the items ordered.
