When I arrived to pick up the cake for the party, I was disappointed to find that I received exactly what I had specifically requested not to get: a screen-printed cake! The staff member who helped me could tell I was upset and mentioned that two other customers had come in that same day, just as frustrated because Jared had also messed up their cakes. I feel let down by Jared's lack of professionalism. I had trusted him with my daughter's birthday celebration, and he completely failed to fulfill that trust. The cake was definitely not worth the $60 I paid!
Well Carvel ice cream is always very good but this one in particular on Long Island seems to always have issues. They're either out of butterscotch or caramel topping. Last time the machines exploded while trying to get soft serve. And the counter was absolutely dripping full of soft serve chocolate ice cream and no one was attending to it. I wonder how it stays in business?

Honestly this store is filthy and it smells really really bad like a bathroom odor). The floors and counters are filthy I feel bad for the young kids here, management definitely needs to clean up. This is definitely a health hazard.

I visited on 10/31 7 pm. The young man who tended to my order needs to be commended for his superb customer service, communication, personality, and winning smile. This is the type of employee more companies need to succeed.
Sweet!!! Soft serve is out of this world. The kids who work there are super generous unlike the ones in Manhasset's Carvel. The small soft serve is huge and delicious. I just wonder how big is their large portion.
A wave of nostalgia swept over me as I enjoyed my meal. It reminded me of the wonderful memories from my childhood. The flavors were exactly as I remembered them. You already know what to expect here.
Jared is the absolute best!! He makes everything so beautiful and is such a pleasure to work with! People can never believe it’s an ice cream cake because his work is that good!
