I will never come back to this place! I wish I could give it zero stars. We ordered a cake on Monday, hoping it would be ready by 12 PM on Saturday for my son's birthday. When my husband went to pick it up, the store was closed and there was no one in sight. The sign indicated they opened at 11 AM, and we waited for half an hour, but no one arrived. How can a business run like this? We ended up having to make a last-minute trip to find another cake, and to make matters worse, we had already paid in full.
We walked into Carvel to inquire about a specific item, but unfortunately, the young lady working there had a very poor attitude. She slammed her phone down on the counter when she had to prepare a cup of ice cream for my husband. She also rolled her eyes at his questions, which really put him off, and he ended up not wanting the ice cream. It was a missed sale for you and a disappointing experience for us. Her name was Natalie.
During our family visit to town, we were craving some classic Carvel ice cream and decided to stop by this location. When we walked in, a man was working on the machine with his back to us and didn’t acknowledge our presence at all. As we looked over the menu trying to decide what to order, the same man disappeared into the back and never returned. The customer service was absolutely terrible! We left without buying anything.

While in town on a visit w family, craving some good old Carvel, we attempted to grab some good at this location. We entered to find a man working on the machine with his back to us...no acknowledgement that we entered the building. We looked around as wewere figuring out what we wanted..said man disappeared to the back somewhere, not to return GREAT CUSTOMERSERVICE...NOT!!! We just left
This is my local Carvel, and I will no longer go back. The store on the inside smells like raw sewage, and the person the wrote on my birthday cake claimed that the writing would show up after an short amount of time, sadly it didn't. And she didn't have a clue as to how long the cake has to be left out before serving.
The owner appears to lack the necessary qualifications and doesn't seem to have a strong understanding of the menu. The milkshakes were too watery and did not have the proper thickness.
Fantastic service that was quick and efficient! The ice cream was delicious, just like I remember.
